The short version: we only collect what we need to help you, we never sell your data, and we store everything on EU/UK infrastructure. That's it.
Who we are
Porikka Consulting Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. We build agentic AI systems for UK and EU businesses. When you visit our website or contact us, you are sharing information with us and we take that seriously.

What we collect and why
We only collect data that has a clear purpose. Here is what we collect and what we use it for:
- Name and email address — when you fill in our contact form, so we can reply to you.
- Company name and role — optional, so we can understand your context before we speak.
- Your message — the content of your enquiry, so we can actually help you.
- Basic analytics — if we use analytics (e.g. page views), this is anonymised and contains no personal data. We do not use advertising trackers.
We do not buy data, we do not scrape data, and we do not use third-party tools that profile you without your knowledge.
How we use your data
When you send us a message, we use your contact details to reply to your enquiry and to schedule any follow-up calls you request. That is it. We do not add you to mailing lists without asking, and we do not pass your details to anyone else.
If at any point we want to send you updates or newsletters, we will ask your explicit permission first. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us.
Where your data is stored
All data submitted through our website is processed and stored on servers located in the UK or European Union. We do not transfer your data to the United States or any country outside the UK/EU. This is a core part of how we operate — we apply the same sovereign infrastructure standards to our own systems that we recommend to our clients.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months so that we can refer back to our conversation history if you get in touch again. After that, we delete it. If you want us to delete your data sooner, just ask and we will do it within 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, you have the right to:
- See what data we hold about you (a Subject Access Request).
- Correct any data that is inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your data entirely.
- Ask us to stop processing your data.
- Move your data elsewhere (data portability).
- Complain to the ICO (UK) or your national data protection authority (EU) if you think we have mishandled your data.
